Dubai International Airport is a glimpse of what awaits outside. It’s one of the busiest airports in the world, where passengers can have a luxurious shopping experience of high-end designer brands and goods. The airport even features multiple swimming pools, a fully-equipped gym, and a Zen garden. If you want a premium experience, head over to the Emirates First Class lounge for a private spa and cellar.

Vancouver International Airport shows the Pacific Northwest’s connection with art and culture. They house the largest collection of Pacific Northwest Coast Native art in the world, with sculptures and weavings displayed through the terminals. The highlight of the garden is the Izumi Tenku no Yu, which is a 24-hour spa with hot spring baths and views of Mount Fuji on clear days. Guests can create traditional Korean arts and crafts at the Korea Traditional Culture Center through free workshops or watch cultural performances. You can see the giant teddy bear sculpture by Swiss artist Urs Fischer called Lamp Bear in the main hall. The airport also boasts a wellness and fitness center with a swimming pool, gym, and spa. There’s also the art and culture experience through their extensive collection of contemporary art by local and international artists, seen in the terminals.

Singapore Changi Airport has consistently ranked as one of the best airports in the world for a reason. The crown jewel is the Jewel Changi Airport, which is a nature-themed entertainment and retail complex that connects all three terminals. The HSBC Rain Vortex is holding the title of the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, surrounded by a forest valley of 900 trees and palms and 60,000 shrubs. There’s also the Canopy Park with a 50-meter-long Canopy Bridge and a petal sculpture garden. If you want to relax, then head over to the butterfly garden, cactus garden, or to the rooftop swimming pool.
